Two workshops, one order plan
YUXIN operates two production workshops supported by more than 20 sets of machinery and research and development equipment. Orders are scheduled according to product structure, process requirements, quantity and inspection needs rather than being treated as isolated operations.
Machining and preparation
Components move through turning, drilling, thread preparation and related operations according to the approved product information. Repeat items can be grouped by batch, while custom items receive additional drawing review before machining.
Assembly and verification
Assemblies such as polished rod stuffing boxes require confirmation of matching components, sealing elements and connections. Assembly status is recorded before finished-product inspection and packing.
Better visibility for mixed orders
Mixed spare-part orders can include polished rod clamps, couplings, centralizers, valves and sealing products in one shipment. The workshop update uses a clearer line-item structure so quantities and product markings remain visible during production and packing.
